Features fast turnaround times, no minimum premium (typically $75K), and broad occupancy appetite excluding primary habitational. Ideal for regional operations and multi-location businesses with limited catastrophe exposure. Does not accept Tier 1 or 2 Named Windstorm and Surge exposures.

Broad Open Market Solution Built for Fortune-level complexity with capacity exceeding $500M TIV and no upper limit. Features sophisticated underwriting for complex industrial operations, comprehensive catastrophe appetite that evaluates all CAT exposures, and $250K minimum premium. Ideal for Fortune 1000 companies, large industrial complexes, and major real estate portfolios requiring specialized expertise.

Both solutions offer flexible placement structures including Primary, Excess, and Quota Share arrangements, and integrate with captive insurance programs and self-insured retentions. Complete submissions with full COPE data, loss history, and building condition information ensure optimal terms and faster turnaround.

Submission Requirements

Required:

  • ACORD 125 & 140

  • Effective Date

  • Quote Need-By Date

  • Target Premium

  • Statement of Values (SOV) with full COPE details

  • Year of updates for Roof, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing (if over 15 years old)

  • 5-year Loss Runs

  • Details for any losses over $50K

Preferred (but not required):

  • Risk Engineering Reports

  • Exterior and interior photos of building(s)

For Heavy Industry Risks:

  • If surveys are unavailable, provide risk management guidelines and photos
